American Ginseng with Black Bone Chicken and Radish

Ingredients:

25 gram American Ginseng

Half pc Black Bone Chicken

300 gram Radish

5 gram Salt

1.5 gram Sugar

50 gram Huadiao Wine

1 tsp Shredded Ginger

2 glasses of Light Soup

Method:

1. Cut the cleaned black-bone chicken into pieces. Peel and cut the radish and steam to well-done.

2. Saut¨¦ the shredded ginger, sizzle the wine and soup. Put down the American ginseng to boil the soup. Put the radish, season and cover the lid to simmer till the radish is done.
