Chicken Soup Cook Fat Beef

Ingredients:

1 can Chicken Soup

250 gram Fat Beef

1 tsp Minced Ginger and Shallot Stalks total

5 gram Salt

6 gram Chicken Essence

2.5 gram Sugar

2 tsp Butter

2 tsp Shacha Sauce

2 tsp Seafood Oyster Sauce

2 tsp Millet Wine

Method:

1. Boil the shacha sauce and the soy sauce till they dissolve.

2. Boil the butter till dissolve. Fry the ginger and shallot till they smell sweet. Pour in some wine and soup. Add in some salt, chicken powder. When the soup is boiled, add in the fat beef till well-done. Remove and serve with they soy sauce.
