Fish's Head Cooked with Gastroolia Tuber and Red Jujube

Ingredients:

500 gram Fish's Head

25 gram Gastroolia Tuber

25 gram Jujube

1 tsp Shredded Ginger

50 gram Rice Wine

3 cups Light Soup

5 gram Salt

2.5 gram Sugar

Half tsp Sesame Oil and Pepper Powder

Method:

1. Chop the fish's head. Remove the cores from the jujube and soak the jujube thoroughly.

2. Heat some oil. Fry the ginger slices till they smell sweet. Pour in some wine and soup. Add in the gastroolia and jujube. Boil with lid until boiled. Put in the fish. Add in the ingredients. Boil and sprinkle the sesame oil, pepper powder and serve.
