Fish's Soup Soak Meat

Ingredients:

150 gram Fish's Bone

100 gram Smashing Pork and Beef each

2 tsp Small Shredded Ginger and Dried Tangerine Peel

3 glasses Light Soup

2 tsp Millet Wine

5 gram Salt

6 gram Chicken essence

Half tsp Sesame Oil and Pepper Powder

Method:

Fry the cleaned fish's bone with the ginger and tangerine peel. Sizzle some soup and wine. Cook it till the soup turns white and pick up the fish's bone and threw them away.
