Golden Egg Dumplings |

Ingredients:
100g chopped pork
Mixture2(1t rice wine, 3/4C water, 1T soy sauce,
1/4t salt, 1/4t sugar)
2)Heat a lightly oiled pan; spoon 1T egg into pan and rotate pan to form a 2.5-inch pancake; place 1t filling in middle and fold egg pancake over in half; cook over low heat until all sides are golden; remove and repeat to make 12-15 dumplings. 3)Place Mixture2 in a pan with egg dumplings; cover and cook over medium heat until liquid is almost dry (about 5 minutes); remove to serving plate and serve.
