Golden Omelet

Ingredients:
4 eggs

1/2C oil
Mixture1(1/2t salt, 1 flour, 1/2T water)
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup]

Method:
1)Scramble eggs; mix Mixture1 thoroughly with eggs.

2)Heat 1/2C oil; pour in egg mixture, cover pan and cook over low heat 3 minutes (tip pan so that egg mixture is distributed evenly). When egg is golden, flip over and cook another 3 minutes; serve.
