Ingredients: 1 pc Fresh Fish Slices (about 750 gram) 3 tsp Japanese Sauce 1 tsp Shredded Ginger 5 gram Salt Half tsp Sesame Oil and Pepper Powder 50 gram Light Wine 2 glasses Water 2.5 gram Sugar Method: 1. Slash and clean the fish slices. Debone and slice the fish. Cut the bones of the fish's head. 2. Fry through the bones. Sizzle the wine and soup when it is boiling. Take out the bones, season, put into the seasonings, shredded ginger, sesame oil and pepper powder when boiling. Put in the fish slices. Eat with the Japanese soy sauce and hot mustard. |
