Peking Style Fried Bean Curd |

Ingredients: 3 squares bean curd 1/2C flour 1 egg (beaten) 1T chopped green onion 1T chopped ginger root
1T rice wine
2)Heat pan and 2T oil; arrange bean curd piece by piece evenly at bottom of pan and fry over medium flame for 1 minute; when bean curd is a golden color, turn over, add 2T oil and fry until golden; add rice wine, scallion, ginger and Mixture1; pierce bean curd with a fork (to allow liquid to soak through); cook over low flame until liquid is absorbed by bean curd.
