Rice Wine and Ginseng Cook Black Fish's Slices |

Ingredients: 1 pc Fresh Black Fish (about 750 gram) 50 gram Rice Wine 1 pc Fresh Ginger 1 tsp Minced Ginger 5 gram Salt 2.5 gram Sugar 3 cups Light Soup Half tsp Sesame Oil and Pepper Powder Method: 1. Cut the meat off the fish. Cut the fresh ginseng into pieces. Cut the fish's head into pieces. 2. Fry the minced ginger till it smells sweet. Put in the fish's head and fry in some shallow oil. Pour in some wine and soup. Boil till the soup boils. Remove the fish's head. Add in the ginseng. Cook again till done. Put in the fresh fish slices and cook for a while. Dish and serve. |
