Ingredients: 500 gram Fresh Sand-worms Half tsp White Pepper Grains 50 gram Shredded Celery, Ginger and Pepper 50-75 gram Wet Vermicelli 3 glasses Water 2.5 gram Sugar 2.5 gram Salt 2 tsp Thailand Fermented Fish Sauce Half tsp Pepper Powder and Sesame Oil Method: 1. Soak the fresh sand worms and remove the sand. 2. Heat some oil and saute the shredded celery, ginger, and pepper grains. Sizzle some soup. Add some ingredients. Cook till the soup is boiled. Put the sand worms to boiled. Sprinkle some sesame oil, pepper powder. Add the vermicelli and cook till well done. |
