Satay Sauce and Dried Lily Cook with Razor Clam

Ingredients:

200 gram Dried Lily

600 gram Razor Clam

2 tsp Satay Sauce

1 tsp Minced Garlic and Onion

Half tsp Shrimp Grain

3 cups Light Soup

2 tsp Butter

100 gram Coconut Milk and Evaporated Milk

5 gram Salt

7.5 gram Chicken Essence

2.5 gram Sugar

2.5 tsp Millet Wine

Method:

1. Wash the lily and remove its tails. Wash the razor clam.

2. Heat the butter and saut¨¦ the minced garlic, onion and shrimps grains. Stir fry the razor clam. Sizzle some wine and soup. Add the coconut and evaporated milk. Cook them to boiled. Put into the lily and the seasonings and cook to well done and serve.
