Simmered Egg and Fish Head with Huadiao Wine

Ingredients:

300 gram Fish Head

1 pc Egg

1 tsp Shredded Ginger and fruits of Chinese Wolfberry

3 tsp Huadiao Wine

2 glasses of Light Soup

5 gram Salt

1.5 gram Sugar

Half tsp Sesame Oil and Pepper Powder

Method:

Cut fish head into pieces and fry with the shredded ginger and the fruits of the wolfberry for a while. Sizzle the wine and soup, season and boil the soup. Then sprinkle the sesame oil and pepper powder, put into the egg. Serve.
