Simmered Frog with Beer

Ingredients:

500 gram Frog

2 tsp Chopped Celery, Dried Mushroom and Ginger sliced

50 gram Wet Vermicelli

2 glasses Light Soup

Seasoning:

5 gram of Salt

2.5 gram Sugar

1 glass of Beer

Quarter Lemon

Half tbsp Chicken Stock

Method:

1. Clean and cut the frog, slash the lemon.

2. Saut¨¦ the chopped celery, the mushroom and slice ginger. Quickly fry the frog. Sizzle the soup, the seasonings and put into the vermicelli. Slimmer the soup to boiled. Ladle in saucepan. Put in some beer and slice lemon to simmer for a while when serve.
