Stir-Fried Oysters with Fermented Black Beans |

Ingredients:
300g fresh shelled oysters, rinsed and drained Mixture2(3T soy sauce)
Mixture3(1t cornstarch, 1T water)
2)Heat pan and 4T oil; stir-fry Mixture1 over high heat until fragrant; add oysters and Mixture2 stir-fry 20 seconds. Add Mixture3 to thicken, if necessary; remove and serve.
Remark: Oyster should not be cooked too long, as over cooking will toughen them.
