1. 1 kg Meat (Pork, Beef, Mutton or Lamb), cut into cubes<br />

3. Mix well honey, chicken bouillon, paprika powder, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce and some water together in a salad bowl.<br />
4. Add the sauce mixture into the skillet, stir well and cook for like 10 minutes, then pour into a oven-ware bowl and cook in 250 degree C oven for 2 hours.<br />
5. Stir occasionally until the meat is tender.<br />
6. Serve with noodles, spaghetti, rice or bread.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
1. 5 tbsp Olive Oil<br />
2. 1 kg Beef cubes (meat from beef shoulder)<br />
3. 600 gram Onion, skinned and chopped finely.<br />
4. 1 pc Yellow Pepper, core &amp; seeds removed, cut into quarter slices<br />
5. 2 pc Fresh Young Carrots, skinned and cut into cubes.<br />

7. 1 pc Medium Tomato, cut into quarter slices<br />
8. Half tsp Paprika seeds/powder<br />
9. 1 tbsp Salt<br />
10. 4 pc Medium Potatoes, skinned and diced finely.</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong><br />
1. Slightly boil the meat in hot water and rinse over running water and let it dry. Set aside for later use.<br />
2. Heat up a saucepan with some oil, and saute the onions and add in paprika seed. Stir well.<br />
3. Put in meat, tomatoes, and water that is enough to cover all ingredients. Set fire to low-medium, cover up and stew for 60 minutes.<br />
4. Then add in all cut vegetables except pepper and celery and some more water to cook for another 30 minutes.<br />
5.Add in celery and pepper and cook for another 15 minutes.<br />
6. If the sauce is too thick, add in some water and set to boil.<br />
7. Once it is boiled, switch off the fire and dish out hot. Serve.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
1. 500 gram Ground Beef or Chicken or Pork or Lamb or Mutton<br />
2. 1 tsp Cumin<br />
3. 5 cloves Garlic<br />
4. 2 tsp Mexican Oregano<br />
5. 3 tbsp Olive oil<br />
6. 3 tbsp New Mexico Chili powder<br />
7. 1 tsp Salt<br />
8. 2 cup Frijoles de Olla, drained.<br />
9. 3 cup shredded Fresh Green Lettuce<br />
10. 5 Navajo Tacos<br />
11. 3 cup grated Cheddar cheese<br />
12. 3 pc chopped medium size Tomatoes<br />
13. Few pc Indian Fry Bread</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong><br />
1. Using a oven heat up olive oil with medium low fire, add in ground meat and cook until browned.<br />
2. At the same time, grind cumin, garlic, and oregano finely.<br />
3. Add in the grinned ingredients, chili powder, salt and water into the meat and cook about 5 minutes.<br />
4. Add in beans and simmer the chili mixture, continue cooking and stir well until most of the moisture is evaporated.<br />
5. Heat up some Indian Fry Breads on a flat pan for couple of minutes. Flip over occasionally.<br />
6. Place the Indian Fry Breads on a plate, apply the cooked chili mixture over them. Top with some freshly cut lettuce, tomatoes and grated cheese. Serve.</p>

1. 1 kg of Pork or Mutton or Lamb or Beef<br />
2. 5 cups of Sweet Canned Corn<br />
3. 4 stalks Celery<br />
4. 2 pc medium Potatoes<br />
5. 3 pc medium Tomatoes<br />
6. 6 roasted Green Chili</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong><br />
1. Wash and dry the  meat, cut into small pieces. Set aside for later use.<br />
2. Wash the potatoes, peel and dice them.<br />
3. Wash the celery and tomatoes, dice them.<br />
4. Wash the green chili, peel of the skin, remove the seeds and dice them finely.<br />
5. Heat up a large pot with some oil, brown the meat cubes.<br />
6. Put in all ingredients with some water to make a stew. Stir well.<br />
7. Cover up the pot, set fire to low medium, and simmer for 60-90 minutes.<br />

1. Prepare some boiling water and boil the potato until well done or tender.<br />

1. 1 pack 200 gram Noodles<br />
2. 1 can 350 gram Corned Beef, cut into cube size<br />
3. 150 gram Cheddar cheese, cut into cube size<br />

5. 1 pack 300 gram frozen peas, defrost it in room temperature and rinsed with hot water and drained.<br />
6. 1 can cream of Chicken soup<br />
7. 300 gram of frozen peas, rinsed with hot water and drained.<br />
8. 100 gram can French-fried onions.</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong><br />
1. Heat up a boiling water, add in some salt and noodles, cook until the noodles get tender and drain all the water.<br />
2. Mix all other ingredient with the noodles, except French-fried onion.<br />
3. Put 2 quart casserole into the pan and added some butter.<br />
4. Put into oven to bake for 20 minutes under 425 degree Fahrenheit.<br />
5. When the dish is almost done, sprinkle onions all over the top of the cake.</p>

12. 2 cups chopped Walnut<br />
13. Some Salt and Pepper<br />
14. 1 cup Seedless Raisins<br />
15. 1 cup freshly shredded Coconut</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong><br />
1. Wash the lamb throughly. Brown meat in butter.<br />
2. Mix up flour, thyme, ginger and curry powder evenly, and sprinkle on top of the meat.<br />
3. Stir for 5 minutes, then add in apple, onion and garlic mince.<br />
4. Stir for another 3-5 minutes, then add in 2 cup of stock, cook until the sauce gets thicken.<br />
5. Add in lemon juice, salt and pepper to season.<br />
6. Switch to low medium fire, cover up the pan and set to simmer for 60 minutes until the meat is tender. Add in source if the sauce gets dry.<br />
7. Add in walnuts, raisins, shredded coconut and set for simmering for another 20-30 minutes to get all ingredients cook thoroughly.</p>
