Bok Choy Salad Recipes

Ingredients: (Serves 1-2)

1. 50 gram Bok Choy

2. 10 gram Dried Seaweed

4. Quarter tsp Salt

5. 30 gram Chicken stock

6. 1 tsp Sesame Sauce

7. 1 tsp Soy Sauce

Method:

1. Separate the leaves and stem of bok choy apart, soak the stem part into hot boiling water first and add some salt. After 3 minutes add in the leaves, once it is cooked, remove the vegetables and dry it. Cut into 1 inch length and set aside for later use.

2. Slightly bake the dried seaweed, tear it apart into small pieces.

3. Put the cooked bok choy into a bowl, mix with soy sauce, sesame sauce, chicken stock and salt. Stir well. Leave for 5 minutes.

4. Add in the dried seaweed and mix evenly. Serve.
