Bok Choy Soup with Potato |

Ingredients: (Serves 1-2) 1. 1 pc Medium size Potato 2. 500 gram Bok Choy 3. 100 ml Chicken Stock 4. Quarter tsp Salt Method: 1. Remove the the skin of potato, cut into 3 cm and soak into cold water for 15 minutes to avoid it get oxidized. 2. Wash and remove the root part of the bok choy. Cut it into 3 cm length. 3. Heat up wok with 300 ml of water, when it is boiling, add in the potato slice and cook until the potato is fully cooked and soft. 4. Add in the bok choy, continue boiling, add in salt and chicken stock and cook for another 3-5 minutes. 5. Serve the bok choy tomato soup on bowl while hot. |
