Steamed Bok Choy

Ingredients: (Serves 1-2)

1. 300 gram Bok Choy

2. 20 gram Dried Shrimp

4. Quarter tsp Salt

5. 10 gram Shredded Ginger

6. 10 gram Garlic mince

7. 1 tsp Sesame Sauce

8. 1 tsp Soy Sauce

Method:

1. Wash the bok choy thoroughly, separate the stems and leaves, soak in water for 15 minutes. Then cut into small 1 inch segments.

2. Put the cut vegetables into a bowl, add salt, soy sauce, sesame sauce, garlic mince and dried shrimp. Mix all ingredient thoroughly. Left it for 5 minutes.

3. Top up with some shredded ginger and put into a steamer. Set the steamer to medium heat and steam for 10-15 minutes.

4. Serve while hot.
