Ingredients: 1/2 bitter gourd 1 red chili pepper 4 cloves garlic Mixture1(1/2T chili soybean paste, 1/4t black vinegar, 1/2t sugar, 1/4t spice oil) [t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C= cup]
Method: 1)Wash the bitter gourd and remove the seeds. Boil it till soft in hot water and take out. Soak in ice water, take out and drain up for use. Remove the seeds of the red chili pepper and cut into diamond-shaped slices. Peel and slice the garlic. 2)Put all the ingredients in a container and mix well with Mixture1. Leave the mixture for about 15 minutes until properly marinated them and serve on plate.
