Ingredients: 1 bowl roasted skin peanuts 40g bean curd sheets 1/2 red chili pepper 1/2 spring onion 3 cloves garlic 1 stalk coriander Mixture1(1/2t light soy sauce, 1/2t black vinegar, 1/2T sugar, 1/2T spice oil) [t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup ] Method: 1)Soak the bean curd sheet in water for a while, take out, drain up and cut the bean curd sheets into small sections for use. 2)Peel the garlic, wash red chili pepper and remove the footstalk and seeds, wash the spring onion and coriander, and mince them all. 3)Combine all the ingredients in a container, add Mixture1 and serve on plate. TIP: Five Flavors Peanuts includes the five flavors - good smell, saltiness, sourness, spiciness and sweetness. It is a good appetizer and a perfect relish with alcohols.
