Salted Fish with Asplenium

Ingredients:
1 small piece salted fish
150g asplenium
1/2 red chili pepper
Mixture1(1t spice oil, 1/4t salt, 1/4t sugar, 1/3t chili oil)
[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C = cup ]

Method:
1)Remove the footstalk and seeds of red chili pepper and cut it into diagonal sections. Wash the asplenium, remove the old stems, and cut into small sections for use. Deep-fry the salted fish until crispy in hot oil. Take out and cut into small pieces.
2)Boil the asplenium until done in hot water and take out. Drain up and leave it to cool down.
3)Put all the ingredients in a container and Mixture1. Leave the mixture for about 3 minutes until properly seasoned and serve on plate.

TIP:
Asplenium contains plenty of vitamins and fibers. In one single bite, the strong fragrance of salted fish greatly reduces the sharp scent of asplenium without diminishing the good taste.
