Spicy Shredded Pickled Mustard Tuber

Ingredients:

1 pickled mustard

1/2 vegetarian abalone

1 red chili pepper

Mixture1(1/4t salt, 1/4t sugar, 1/2t white vinegar, 1t chili oil, 1t spice oil, 1t chili soybean paste)

[t = teaspoon; T = tablespoon; C= cup]

 

Method:

1)Remove the seed of red chili pepper, wash the pickled mustard tuber and vegetarian abalone, and shred them all.

2)Bring 4 bowls water to boil in a pan and put the shredded mustard tuber in the water. Take out the mustard tuber, put in the ice water, take out again and drain up.

3)Put all the ingredients in a container and mix well with Mixture1. Leave it for a while until properly marinated, take out and serve on plate.

Shredded mustard tuber tastes refreshing. A dish of spicy shredded mustard tuber, an excellent appetizer free of greasiness, is particularly welcome when food is too greasy.
