American Gingeng Soup with Pueraria Root

Ingredients:

40 gram Pueraria Root

2 gram American Ginseng

1 slice Tangerine Peel

2 pcs Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:
1) Rinse pueraria root and cut into pieces.

2) Scaled skinned chicken in boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, add in water and stew for 3 hours. Add in quarter teaspoon of salt and serve it.
