Apple Soup with Kernel Almonds

Ingredients:

Half Red Apple

Half Green Apple

5 gram White Fungus

6 gram Kernel Almonds

Some Cane Sugar

100 ml Water


Method:
1) Peel red and green apple. Remove the cores and cut into pieces.

2) Soak white fungus and remove its stems. Rinse and set aside.

3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and cane sugar, stew for 2 hours. Serve.
