Black Bean Soup with Chinese Knotweed Root

Ingredients:

8 gram Chinese Knotweed Root (sliced)

10 gram Black Beans

2 pcs Red Dates

2 pieces Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:
1) Rinse black beans, soak in water for 30 minutes.

2) Scald skinned chicken in boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour water and stew for 4 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve it.
