Black Bone Chicken Soup with Ba Zhen

Ingredients:

4 gram Codnopsis Pilosulae Radix

6 gram Chinese Angelica Root

4 gram Sliced Foxglove Root

3 gram White Atractylodes

3 gram Cnidium Root

4 gram Licorice Root

3 gram Poria Cocos

3 gram White Peony

2 pcs Black Dates

2 pcs Black Bone Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:
1) Scald skinned chicken in hot boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

2) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in hot water and stew for 4 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve.
