Buddha Fruit Soup

Ingredients:

Quarter of Buddha Fruit (Luo Han Guo)

4 gram Selfheal fruit

4 gram Kelp

2 gram Dried Longan

some Cane Sugar

100 ml Water


Method:
1) Soak kelp till soft and brush with brusher. Cut kelp into sections.

2) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and cane sugar, stew for 3 hours. Serve.
