Burdock Soup with Black Bean

Ingredients:

10 gram Black Bean

30 gram Burdock

2 pcs Red Dates

2 pcs Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:
1) Rinse black bean and soak for 30 minutes. Peel burdock, then rinse and cut into slices.

2) Scald skinned chicken in hot boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in hot water and stew for 4 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve.
