Chicken Soup with Pueraria Root and Poria Cocos

Ingredients:

10 gram Poria Cocos

50 gram Pueraria Root

1 pc Red Date

1 pc Dried Oyster

2 pcs Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:

1) Rinse pueraria root, peel and cut into pieces.

2) Scald skinned chicken in boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in hot water and stew for 4 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve.
