Chicken Soup with Fresh Chinese Yam & Carrot

Ingredients:

40 gram Fresh Chinese Yam

30 gram Carrot

4 pcs Lotus Seeds

2 pcs Red Dates

2 pieces Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:
1) Scald skinned chicken in boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

2) Rinse fresh Chinese yam and carrot, cut into slices. Remove seeds from red dates.

3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and stew for 4 hours. Add in quarter teaspoon of salt and serve it while hot.
