Chicken Soup With Pumpkin

Ingredients:
50 gram Pumpkin

1pc Dried Oyster

1pc Red Date

2pc Chicken

100ml Water

Quarter teaspoon of salt


Method:
1) Rinse and peel pumpkin. Remove cores from pumpkin and cut into pieces.

2) Rinse dried oyster. Peel the red date and remove the seed.

3) Scald skinned chicken in boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

4) Get all ingredients into the pot, pour in water and stew for 3 hours. Add in the quarter teaspoon salt into the soup, and ready to serve.
