Ingredients: 1 gram Yat Yuet fish 2pc Red Dates 2pc Chicken 100ml Water Quarter teaspoon of salt
2) Rinse yat yuet fish and set aside. 3) Put all the ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and stew for 3 hours. Add in quarter teaspoon of salt and serve. |
