Chicken Soup With Yat Yuet Fish and Melon

Ingredients:
40 gram Melon

1 gram Yat Yuet fish

2pc Red Dates

2pc Chicken

100ml Water

Quarter teaspoon of salt


Method:
1) Peel and rinse melon, cut into pieces. Remove seeds from red dates.

2) Rinse yat yuet fish and set aside.

3) Put all the ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and stew for 3 hours. Add in quarter teaspoon of salt and serve.
