Cordyceps Soup With Fish Maw

Ingredients:
5 pc Cordyceps

2 slices Fish Maw (soaked)

1 pc Dried Scallop

2 pc Red Dates

10 gram Solomonseal rhizome

2 pcs Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon of salt


Method:
1) Soak fish maw and cut into slices.

2) Put skinned chicken into boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and stew for 3 hours. Add in quarter teaspoon of salt and serve it.
