Cordyceps Soup With Grouper

Ingredients:
3 gram Cordyceps

2 slices Grouper

2 gram Astragalus Root

10 pc Wolfberries

2 gram Eucommia

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon of salt

Quarter teaspoon of Shao Xing wine


Method:
1) Rinse fish. Clean blood clots between the bones to prevent the stewed soup from exhibiting a fishy smell.

2) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, add in water and stew for 3 hours. Add in quarter teaspoon of salt and Shao Xing wine before serve it.
