Cordyceps Soup With Wolfberries and Chinese Yam

Ingredients:
3 gram Cordyceps

10 pc Wolfberries

15 gram Chinese Yam

1 slice Fresh Ginger Rhizome

1 pc Candy Date

1 clove Garlic

2 pcs Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon of salt


Method:
1) Flatten garlic.

2) Put skinned chicken into hot boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, add in water and stew for 3 hours. Add in quarter teaspoon of salt and serve it.
