Ingredients: 10 pc Wolfberries 15 gram Chinese Yam 1 slice Fresh Ginger Rhizome 1 pc Candy Date 1 clove Garlic 2 pcs Chicken 100 ml Water Quarter teaspoon of salt
2) Put skinned chicken into hot boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot. 3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, add in water and stew for 3 hours. Add in quarter teaspoon of salt and serve it. |
