Cordyceps Soup With Yat Yuet Fish

Ingredients:
5 pc Cordyceps

1 pc Yat Yuet Fish

3 gram Codnopsis Pilosulate Radix

3 gram Chinese Yam

3 gram Poria Cocos

1 gram Nux Prinsepiae

10 pc Wolfberries

2 pcs Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon of salt


Method:
1) Soak yat yuet fish and cut into slices.

2) Get skinned chicken into hot boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, add in water and stew for 3 hours. Add in quarter teaspoon of salt and serve it.
