Dendrobium Soup

Ingredients:

4 gram Dendrobium

8 gram Wolfberries

8 gram Cassiae Torae Semen

2 pcs Red Dates (seeded)

2 pcs Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:

1) Scald skinned chicken in hot boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

2) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in hot water and stew for 4 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve.
