Dried Scallop Soup with Bamboo Fungus and Baby Cabbage

Ingredients:
1pc Dried Scallop

1pc Bamboo Fungus

10 gram Baby Cabbage

2 pc Red Dates

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon of salt.


Method:
1) Soak and rinse bamboo fungus, remove see from red dates.

2) Put all the ingredient into stewing pot, pour water and stew for 3 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve.
