Ingredients: 1 pc Mushroom 2 gram White Fungus 8 gram Lotus Seed 4 gram Barley 1 pc Dried Fig 1 pc Candy Date 4 gram Chinese Yam 4 gram Wolfberries 100 ml Stock Quarter teaspoon Salt
1) Soak Chinese mushroom and white fungus. Remove the mushroom stem and harder part from white fungus. Cut dried fig into halves. 2) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in stock and stew for 2 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve. |
