Fig Fruit Soup

Ingredients:

2 pcs Fig Fruit

6 gram Wolfberries

5 gram Chinese Yam

5 gram Red Dates

12 gram Sliced Solomonseal Rhizome

2 pcs Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:

1) Scald skinned chicken in hot boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

2) Cut the figs into halves. Remove seeds from red dates.

3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in hot water and stew for 4 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve.
