Fish Maw Soup with Wild Bamboo Fungus

Ingredients:
1pc Sea cucumber (soaked)

1pc Fish Maw (Soaked)
1pc Gas Bladder (Soaked)

1gram American Wild Ginseng

1pc Dried Scallop

2 pcs Chicken

100 ml Water


Method:
1) Soak fish maw and sea cucumber in water till soft.
2) Scald skinned chicken in boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

3) Rinse gas bladder and soak till soft. Remove and set aside.

4) Put all the ingredients into stewing port, pour in water and stew for 3 hours. Add a quarter teaspoon of salt and ready to serve.
