Four Treasures Soup

Ingredients:

1 pc Tomato

1 pc Chinese Mushroom

20 gram Bean Sprouts

30 gram Celery

100 ml Stock

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:

1) Rinse tomato and celery, cut into pieces. Soak Chinese mushroom in water till soft, remove its stem. Remove bean sprouts roots.

2) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in stock and stew for 2 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve.
