Ingredients: 40 gram Corn 10 gram Solomonseal Rhizome 6 gram Rice Beans 2 slices Bei Qi 4 gram Wolfberries 2 slices Chinese Yam 2 pcs Chicken 100 ml Water Quarter teaspoon Salt
1) Scald skinned chicken in hot boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot. 2) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in hot water and stew for 4 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve. |
