Hairy Gourd Soup with Lentil Beans

Ingredients:

40 gram Hairy Gourd

10 gram lentil beans

2 gram Tangerine Peel

1 Slice Fresh Ginger Rhizome

5 gram Black Salted Turnip

1 Slice Jicama

Half Chinese Mushroom

100 ml Stock

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:

1) Peel and rinse hairy gourd and jicama, cut into thick pieces. Soak tangerine peel.

2) Remove black salted turnip's leaf and soak its stem in water for 15 minutes. Remove and cut into slices.

2) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in stock and stew for 2 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve.
