Indonesian Bird's Nest Soup with Three Treasures

Ingredients:

5 gram Indonesian Bird's Nest (dried)

3 pcs Lotus Seed (cored)

3 pcs Gingko (cored)

2 slices Lily Bulb

Some Cane Sugar

100 ml Water


Method:
1) Remove dirt from bird's nest and soak till soft.

2) Put lotus seed, lily bulb, gingko, and bird's nest into stewing pot, pour in water and cane sugar, stew for 3 hours and serve.
