Kampong Chicken Soup with American Wild Ginseng

Ingredients:
3 gram American Wild Ginseng

2 pcs Red Dates

2 pcs Kampong Chicken drumstick

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon of salt


Method:
1) Scald skinned chicken drumstick in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove and set aside.

2) Cut wild ginseng into slices. Remove seed from red dates.

3) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, add in water and stew for 3 hours. Add in quarter teaspoon of salt and serve it.
