Lily Flower Soup

Ingredients:

5 gram Lily Flower

1 pc Pear

5 gram Black Fungus

1 pc Candy Date

1 pc Fig Fruit

Some Tangerine Peel

50 gram Spare Ribs

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:
1) Scald spare ribs in boiling hot water for 5 minutes, remove and drain.

2. Soak and rinse lily flower and black fungus. Remove black fungus stems and scald in boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

3) Peel pear and cut into pieces. Rinse fig fruit and cut into pieces.

4) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and stew for 3 hours. Add in quarter teaspoon of salt and serve it while hot.
