Lotus Root Soup with Lotus Seed

Ingredients:

3 pcs Carrot

6 gram Lotus Seed (cored)

3 slices Lotus Root

4 pcs Red Dates (cored)

100 ml Stock

Quarter teaspoon Salt


Method:

1) Peel carrot and lotus root, cut into pieces. Rinse and set aside.

2) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in stock and stew for 2 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve.
