Lotus Root Soup with Lotus Seed |

Ingredients: 3 pcs Carrot 6 gram Lotus Seed (cored) 3 slices Lotus Root 4 pcs Red Dates (cored) 100 ml Stock Quarter teaspoon Salt
1) Peel carrot and lotus root, cut into pieces. Rinse and set aside. 2) Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in stock and stew for 2 hours. Add quarter teaspoon of salt and serve. |
