Ingredients:
1pc Fish Maw (Soaked) 1gram American Wild Ginseng 1pc Japanese Dried Scallop 2 sections Wild Bamboo Fungus 2 pcs Chicken 100 ml Water
3) Rinse chicken and scald in boiling water. Remove and rinse with water. 4) Soak gas bladder and wild bamboo fungus in water till soft, rinse and set aside. 5) Put American wild ginseng, scallop and other ingredients into stewing pot, stew for 4 hours. 6) Add a quarter teaspoon of salt and ready to serve. |
