"Monks Jump Over The Wall" Soup

Ingredients:
1pc Shark Fin (soacked)
1pc Sea cucumber (soaked)

1pc Fish Maw (Soaked)
1pc Gas Bladder (Soaked)

1gram American Wild Ginseng

1pc Japanese Dried Scallop

2 sections Wild Bamboo Fungus

2 pcs Chicken

100 ml Water


Method:
1) Soak shark fin, sea cucumber and fish maw in water till soft. Cut American wild ginseng into slices.
2) Cut sea cucumber and fish maw into pieces, rinse and set aside.

3) Rinse chicken and scald in boiling water. Remove and rinse with water.

4) Soak gas bladder and wild bamboo fungus in water till soft, rinse and set aside.

5) Put American wild ginseng, scallop and other ingredients into stewing pot, stew for 4 hours.

6) Add a quarter teaspoon of salt and ready to serve.
