Panax Notoginseng Slimming Soup

Ingredients:
6 gram Lotus Leaf

1 gram Panax Notoginseng

1 pc Candy Date

8 gram of Hawthorn Berry

2 pcs Chicken

100 ml Water

Quarter teaspoon of salt


Method:
1) Clean and rinse panax notoginseng.

2) Scald skinned chicken in hot boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.

3) Put all ingredients into the stewing pot, add in water and stew for 3 hours. Add in quarter teaspoon of salt and serve it.
